What is your cancellation policy?
Direct policy reviewed September 11, 2026: a full refund within 24 hours after acceptance applies when the booking was requested at least 7 days before check-in. The arrival-based schedule allows a full refund at least 30 days before check-in and 50% at least 14 days before check-in; reservations become non-refundable after the last applicable rule expires or at check-in, whichever comes first. Your reservation uses the policy active when it was made. Review the exact terms in checkout and your confirmation.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed on the property.
