These terms summarize direct bookings made through Cottage 37 at Edgewater Resort. Reservations made through Airbnb, VRBO, or another platform follow the terms displayed by that platform.

Direct booking payments

Direct bookings are processed through secure Hospitable checkout. The live checkout shows the payment schedule and total before you confirm.

Reservation accuracy

Guests are responsible for entering accurate dates, guest counts, and contact details before confirming a reservation. No additional overnight guests are allowed beyond the confirmed booking count.

Guest responsibilities

Guests agree to follow the published house rules, community rules, parking instructions, and safety guidance provided before arrival and during the stay.

Platform reservations

Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other third-party reservations may have different payment schedules, cancellation rules, fees, and support workflows. Review the checkout terms on the platform before confirming.
