Cancellation Policy

Direct bookings receive a full refund when cancelled 30 or more days before check-in, a 50% refund when cancelled 7 to 29 days before check-in, and no refund within 7 days.

Direct bookings

Direct bookings follow the cancellation terms shown in the direct checkout and confirmation email. If you need to change dates, contact us as early as possible so we can review available options.

Platform bookings

Reservations made through Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or another platform follow the cancellation policy shown by that platform at checkout and in the reservation confirmation.

Travel insurance

Guests should consider travel insurance for weather, illness, schedule changes, or other events outside the refund window.
